They just don't get it...
"...leave the constitution out of it..." I don't know who she is, or why they pay her to talk, but she is representative of what MANY on the left think - that we just need to make laws, that will fix things.
...it starts in our schooling, why didn't she learn, or why hasn't she been reminded, about limited powers.

It's MSNBC. Since when have those clowns considered the US Constitution in any of their assertions.
The Constitution complicates every argument made by liberals. I'm sure that with a majority of Americans who really are content with hope and change that they'll get around to changing the Constitution soon to suit the new reality.
