Well, this is a good example. And I’m pretty confident that this court will recognize that and not take that step."
Judicial Activism has nothing to do with striking down a law that was passed by Congress, as unconstitutional. Judicial Activism is when judges use things (their own social values, laws from other constitutions, etc.) that are outside the Constitution (that they swore to defend) to determine law in the United States.

While some on the Left are agreeing with him, most scholars are acknowledging a 'mistatement' or simply turn to Supreme Court decisions they disagree with...uh, what was the question?
I think he does not like the Constitution...well he wants to change it...fundamentally

I think that striking out the offensive parts of the Constitution would fix the problems in America - and it would naturally leave Barack Obama as President-for-Life to rule and reign like Papa Doc Duvalier. There's a concept for you: Make America more like Haiti where you have the rulers (and the Tantun Makut to keep order) and the slum.
P. S. Is there ANY evidence that he actually gave a lecture on the Constitution? I know he claims to have done it, but with Obama, it's is akin to counting your fingers after you shake his hand.
Define "lecture" and "Constittion"...and "gave"
