Don't Mess With Texans...

Texas father kills man trying to assault daughter, police say

A Texas father has not been arrested and is unlikely to face charges after he beat a man to death for trying to molest his 4-year-old daughter at their rural ranch, authorities said Monday.

"In the course of trying to get her away from him, and protect her, he struck the subject several times in the head and the subject died," Harmon said.

It sounds as if the father only used that force necessary to defend himself and his daughter. Why would anyone suggest that he be arrested?

In California, he would be charged with trying to stop somebody (in this case the child molester) with different sexual preferences from doing what comes naturally to them...therefore it would be murder and punishable by death. Of course, California is progressive and Texas clearly is not.

This old lady would definetly do the same thing if necessary to protect any child.
