Executive Privilege...

Where is the Main Stream Media? (I know, I know, but we should keep saying it). Executive Privilege is open to interpretation. However, it should be clear that it protects the separation of powers, and the Executive's ability to conduct private business. Congress has oversight over the Department of Justice (Executive Branch) and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.

The ONLY way Executive Privilege protects the documents regarding Operation Fast and Furious - is if the President is involved.  So far, the buck went as far as United States Attorney Dennis K. Burke - who approved the policy of letting guns 'walk.'  Burke also admitted leaking information about a BATF 'Whistle Blower.'

Burke resigned.  He appeared ready to be the fall guy - then WHY is the White House not letting him take the fall?  Why is the White House using Executive Privilege to protect the documents?

I am one of those who did (does) not believe this rose to the Attorney General, and definitely not to the President...but higher than Burke.  Then why would Obama risk so much on this?  If this was a 'fishing expedition' as the Democrats love to say - then they just snagged something big...

1. Obama knew all about the Fast and Furious scheme to 'fake' domestic arms sales to cartels in order to slam gun control down the mouths of the American People.

2. There is evidence that proves it. The Clinton Strategy of lying to Congress (I didn't have sex with her) - oops the blue dress with his stain on it, nearly resulted in his impeachment. At least Obama remembers history.

3. The only thing that Obama has left is the Executive Privilege stonewall.
